Thinking largely about how to display my ideas for the ‘resume’ project, I’m interested in creating an experience, specifically my own whilst painting.
I’m considering making a mockup of the space using an old cardboard box, and printing pictures of my space as I find it easiest to paint in. There are details I could physically have in place in a life sized creation of the space, such as the paints, easel and any other constants – even a cup of tea could be included, as I like to paint with a cup of tea by me, usually getting cold.
In this mock-up or in a life-sized version of an ideal painting space, actually located in a booth with an easel and other necessary painting equipment, the back drop/s could be changed or edited to suit the individual artist’s preference.
